Katherine D. Peters, Of Counsel:

Katherine Peters studied Rhetoric at the University of California at Berkeley and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon School of Law. She has been an active member of the bar since 2005, practicing in both Wyoming and Washington State. Kate has focused on defending clients accused of Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Operation of a Vessel Under the Influence (BUI), Drug Possession, Drug Distribution and related charges, as well as civil litigation for over twenty years. Originally an environmental lawyer, Kate has found tremendous satisfaction in defending other people—believing that criminal defense is the essence of justice and fulfillment as a legal advocate.
