Katherine D. Peters, Of Counsel:

Kate Peters completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California (Berkeley) and obtained her law degree from the University of Oregon. She has been a practicing attorney since 2005 and is licensed by the Washington State bar. Kate has been focused on defending clients accused of Driving Under the Influence (DUI), Operation of a Vessel Under the Influence (BUI), Drug Possession, Drug Distribution and related charges, as well as civil litigation since that time. Kate has chosen to focus her practice on defending clients charged with DUI, BUI, Drug Possession and Distribution cases, and related charges to better serve her clients. Kate believes that the defense of her clients and their rights under the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendments is a calling and not just a job.
