Continuing Education

The attorneys at Peters Associates, LLC believe that in order to provide their clients with the best defense, it is necessary for them to attend continuing legal education that is focused on changes in the law and cutting edge legal defenses for DUI, Drug Possession and Drug Distribution. Every year, the attorneys at Peters Associates attend seminars covering the best practices for defending clients against a charge of driving under the Influence and defending drug cases put on by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (WACDL), and the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD). This continuing education provides our attorneys with up to date information from around the country, including new defenses, forensic issues and proven trial tactics to provide our clients with the best possible representation.
